Delivery and Returns
The product to be returned must not have the product label removed or the hygiene tapes removed, and must be sent back with the transparent protective bag and original packaging/box. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received.
There is absolutely no exchange or return for customized products.
Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received the package.
*** Damaged products for which no report has been kept and customised products are strictly not refundable.
In order for the product to be returned, it must be sent with an invoice. Returns of products that have lost their resalability and cannot be sold to another customer are not accepted and the price is not refunded.
The cost of the products whose return is approved will be paid to you as soon as possible.
